I’ve leveraged these strengths to amplify teams and business results in the Marketing industry for more than twenty years, cultivating solutions and teams in Analytics, Consumer Intelligence, and Strategy.

Currently, I hold two leadership roles within dentsu North America - EVP/Head of Consumer Intelligence and Chief Strategy Officer of dentsu X.  In these positions, I empower clients to make more impactful and effective Marketing decisions through data-driven consumer understanding.  

I accomplish this by translating brand priorities and business challenges into audience strategies, test and learn roadmaps, and communications plans that deliver innovation, authenticity, and measurable business results.  It takes mastery of custom research, storytelling and psychology to do so.

I’m obsessed with understanding why people behave how they do, influencing those behaviors through calculated testing, and measuring success.

Prior to my Audience and Strategy work at dentsu, I gained Analytics expertise at Digitas (Publicis) and NielsenIQ (VisualIQ), where I led media performance reporting and optimization, multi-touch attribution, and MMM for American Express, Under Armour and Delta airlines.  I pushed to uncover optimizations, smarter targeting tactics and new partners to improve their ROI on a daily basis.

I’ve also held roles at Time Inc., Microsoft, Yahoo! and Cox Enterprises, where I gained deep knowledge about site analytics, CRM, brand marketing, and my personal favorite – performance media.

Beyond my company contributions, I’m a sought-after thought leader who has recently judged some of today’s biggest award shows, including Cannes Lions (Creative Data category), The Effies, and ANA, among others.

Similar to my work, my hobbies are a blend of calculation and creativity – I spend my spare time scuba diving and designing and sewing clothing.
